Molly Rose Post Jewelry carefully inspects all items before they leave the studio. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us for an exchange within 3 business days of receipt.
We will exchange unworn items in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email mollyrosepost@gmail.com for a return authorization first and use insured shipping. Molly Rose Post Jewelry will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please note:
• We do not exchange custom-made pieces.
• Fees will apply to items ordered in the wrong size which need to be resized
• We offer a store credit if the exchanged item is of lesser value than the returned item
